I cut a 1/4 inch of the top off my head of Garlic and drizzled Olive Oil over it |
Wrapped up my Garlic in Aluminum Foil and put it in the oven for 1 hour at 350 degrees |

After the Garlic has cooled enough to handle, grab the root end of the Garlic and give it a good squeeze. This will pop the cloves out. Make sure you get them all out! |
Drain and Rinse a 15 oz can of Chickpeas/Garbanzo Beans |
I cut the whole Olives in half so they don't roll around as I'm trying to fine dice them. |

Last step is to fold in the chopped Olives |
